Program: 4 Million Square Meter Office Complex

The site with its important, strategic location engaging an internal park, led to the desire to have the Project design seek openness and allow the spaces on the Plaza level to flow freely in order to truly create a memorable and unique experience. People can pass through and into the Project from all directions. The result is a design that is direct, open and engaging on all levels.

The Project’s sweeping Plaza offers the opportunity for a major sculpture as a centerpiece, befitting the Project’s iconic composition. The concept of a lace-like abstract rose fits well because of the rose’s place in the history of Tianjin. The sculpture will offer an opportunity to integrate kinetic lighting and further establish a special place in the city.
