Program: 151-story Tower including Condos, Two Hotels, and Office

This tower design constructs a new autonomous skyscraper with split cores. The design dwells on 90% of usage, giving the tower an unique identity and close link with nature. Rather than being designed with an end-result in mind, the city is continually evolving based as it is on engineering and gateway identities.
