Program: Master Plan for 1,568 Acres Site

This proposal constructs a new autonomous water front city with major landscape and recreational qualities, a multitude of living environments, employment and first-rate public transport. The proposal dwells on the civil interacting process, giving Songdo an unique identity and close link with nature. Rather than being designed with an end-result in mind, the city is continually evolving based as it is on civil -engineering and landscape identities. We call this process Remix – a reflective activity, according to Gilles Deleuze.
