sqm Responsibility: Director, October, 2010 The Culture Plaza would position Museum and Library at front of site with open plaza concept as city’s new living room for cultural activities. The open plaza also acts as the entry point to the Commercial Plaza as the new center for commercial activities which connects all buildings together and as a catalyst for the future expansion of the commercial zone to the blocks on the North, West and East.

For the adjacent blocks, we propose a main street concept for Lupanshui which can maintain a small town character with human scale layout. The open/plaza connection with the Commercial Plaza can benefi t the business and promote the district development.
