The Culture Plaza would position Museum and Library at front of site with open plaza concept as city’s new living room for cultural activities. The open plaza also acts as the entry point to the Commercial Plaza as the new center for commercial activities which connects all buildings together and as a catalyst for the future expansion of the commercial zone to the blocks on the North, West and East.
